The Coral Shoppe Maintenance Fees

All fees are based on a per visit basis, frequency will be determined
after defining how involved the customer wishes to be with their aquarium(s).

Maintenance is available weekly, biweekly and monthly,
as dictated per the aquarium’s needs and the client’s chosen involvement.

Each Estimate is based on a survey of your system and, as such, will be tailored to its specific needs.
Up to 150 gallons of total volume, per system- These are BASE Prices.
Freshwater: $60 per visit
Marine, Fish Only with Live Rock (FOWLR):$75 per visit
Marine, Reef: $90 per visit
Each additional 100 gallons: $20 per visit

Final Contract Prices are based on the distance from The Coral Shoppe to the
client’s address. The first 10 miles is included, each additional increment of 10
miles is $5.00 per visit.

Water purified by our Reverse Osmosis/Deionization System: $0.60 per gallon.

You will not need to pay this if you have us install an R/O unit and water holding tank in
your location.

Salt mix will be purchased for each system individually, in case volume. This is to help
reduce the cost to the client. Instant Ocean Salt 200 Gallon Cases will be purchased by
us for your system.

Generally, we use Instant Ocean Salt.  However, depending on your system we may use a Reef Salt
that has additional buffers and calcium supplementation, along with additional trace elements.

Additives and supplements will be purchased for each system as needed, this includes
annual bulb changes and any other filters/equipment needed to maintain the aquarium
system. Any other labor duties (like scratch removal, for acrylic aquariums, plumbing
repairs, R/O system cleaning and filter changes, etc.) will be performed and billed out
separately from the contract monthly maintenance fee in 30 min. increments at $25.00
per half hour.

Two emergency visits per month will be part of the contract, regardless of how many
visits we make, anything over the two (2) visits will be billed at $25.00 per 30 minute
increments, with one extra hour added for travel time.

Foods will be determined by the maintenance staff and should be limited to those
supplied or specifically recommended, for the health of the animals. Please feel free to discuss this with the
maintenance staff.
